KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role encompasses a hybrid approach, integrating traditional operational support with executive assistance tasks.
Executive Assistance:
- Oversee the CEO's email correspondence and scheduling
- Ensure that no direct messages are overlooked
- Occasionally assist with personal matters for executives
- Serve as a representative when required
- Organize travel logistics as needed
Operational Duties:
- Deliver customer support services
- Conduct research and compile information for meetings
- Assist with billing, contract drafting, vendor documentation, etc.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Engage in special projects and adapt to changing organizational needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role: 3-5 years and 5-8 years
- Exceptional attention to detail and flexibility
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software (Notion, Google Suite, Dropbox) - required
- Familiarity with various tools (ConvertKit, Zapier, HelpScout, etc.) or eagerness to learn
- Relevant educational background or certifications are advantageous
