We're looking for a quick-thinking and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver results-driven solutions.
**Job Description:**
This role involves handling inbound calls from our Client Services Line and direct phone number. You'll need to be outgoing, eager to assist customers, and knowledgeable about MS Office Suite.
You'll also be responsible for assisting Support with escalated customers, handling cancellations, and understanding all CS processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Quick thinking and organization skills
- Ability to perform tasks independently
- Strong experience in doing support via inbound, outbound calls, and emails
