Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

At Somewhere, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the order entry and order management process to ensure alignment between client orders and production schedules, meeting delivery dates, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete service delivery process for customer orders, including entry, review, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Review and verify order data, ensuring accurate product details, artwork formatting, delivery timelines, and margins before processing.
  • Create purchase orders for suppliers and track the status of each order from submission through fulfillment.
  • Allocate quantities and track shipping details to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Document all order-related activities across multiple systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries about pricing, order status, samples, and deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot order management issues to prevent delays and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or promotional industries (experience with e-commerce or promotional products preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications, with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop a plus.
  • Familiarity with promotional industry software like Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or similar systems is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:

Must be able to work within US operating hours and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
