Your Responsibilities
You will evaluate credit data to determine customer credit limits that allow for optimal sales while minimizing potential losses. You will advise and negotiate with clients to enhance financial management, recommend sources of working capital, and establish tailored credit arrangements and payment plans. You will devise credit restrictions and collection strategies for high-risk, slow-paying, and sensitive accounts. You will manage the collection of overdue receivables in accordance with established terms and conditions. You will oversee the reconciliation process of account statements to verify Accounts Receivable balances.Essential Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in credit management is necessary. Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset are essential. Proficiency in persuasion and problem-solving is required. Fluency in English is necessary. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in credit and collections is advantageous. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.What We Offer
