Key Responsibilities
  • System Development: Build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available data services ensuring the robustness of the solution.
  • Team Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and support the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, external partners, and customers, acting as a knowledge-sharing hub.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop solutions to tackle complex business and technology problems, provide technical guidance to the backend team.
Requirements
  • C#/.NET Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development with expertise in C#/.NET, honed in agile methodology environments.
  • Technical Leadership: At least 5 years of experience as a technical leader, demonstrating a capacity for project initiation, decomposing and explaining the solution to team members, delivery responsibility, and technically supporting a development team.
  • Azure Experience: 5 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including containers, relational and no relational databases, and cost optimization.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), ensuring a seamless flow from development to deployment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting technical sessions, demonstrations, and addressing technical challenges in projects, with both internal teams and external partners/customers.
