The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and driving accountability within the team. You will also execute and oversee key marketing campaigns, foster community engagement, and analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Team Leadership:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, focusing on talent development and retention.
Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and team productivity.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  2. Advanced English language skills are required.
  3. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is necessary.
  4. 5+ years of experience leading and managing a marketing team.
  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  6. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor multiple direct reports.
  7. Proficiency in Google Ads for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  8. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing leads, automation, and customer engagement.
  9. Strong expertise in marketing project management and campaign execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  10. Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting.
  11. Analytical skills to track key performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  12. Experience in social media management using tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content strategy.
  13. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
