As a Director of Learning Experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the Talent Roadmap for the geographical location you are responsible for, aligned with the company's objectives. Talent Roadmap should support the development of all learning experience leaders within the business, thus improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and onboarding initiatives.
2. Partner with functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business needs, while cultivating a culture of learning.
3. Provide guidance and support to aspiring leaders, facilitate leadership workshops or seminars, and stay updated on industry trends in leadership development practices.
4. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events to diverse audiences, ensuring content relevance, participant engagement, and knowledge retention.
5. Coach and develop a team of learning experience professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.
6. Develop learning strategies that are clearly aligned to and support business objectives. Design solutions that are relevant, prioritized, and aligned to talent needs.
7. Conceptualize and develop content catering to audiences from different functions.
8. Ensure that the curriculum is tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System.
9. Establish metrics and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
10. Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments within the business, recommending and implementing enhancements to programs and processes as needed.
11. Identify gaps and recommend and create scalable learning solutions to improve learner retention, job performance, and the overall employee experience.
12. Implement the global learning & development strategy and solutions starting from TNA to design & delivery, to impact analysis as per business needs.
13. Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance and talent management processes linked to operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
14. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes, career development, and individual learning plans.
15. Manage the learning experience budget, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize ROI and quality of services.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
2. Ability to coach, mentor, consult, and partner with peers and with other functional leads.
3. Learning design and delivery skills.
4. Thorough understanding of proven and latest learning experience methods and best practices.
5. Exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management System.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

10+ years in BPO. Experience in managing learning experience & solutions for global organizations, specifically LATAM. Ability to manage global stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in HR or Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Learning design and delivery certifications, coaching/learning/psychometric certifications will be an added advantage with 10 years of experience in a leadership role.

OTHER SKILLS:

1. Ability to make decisions by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
2. Must be able to foster a positive and productive work environment, with the ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal management skills.
4. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
5. Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
Onsite. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
