We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Project Lead to join our team at Advising & Recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing projects, including website redesigns, CRM deployments, integrations, web application enhancements, and workflow automations.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Shopify, and WordPress, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must for this position.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a project manager in digital marketing projects such as website projects, web application development, integrations, etc.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Availability to work remotely and manage different time zones.

An associate degree in a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Workamajig and ClickUp (preferred but not required).

How We Work:

As a remote team, we value flexibility and work-life balance. We are a smaller agency with high potential and the possibility of working with internal/external partners. Our primary location is a remote team, and a steady internet connection is a must.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Benefits:

Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year
