A typical day as our Advanced Digital Analytics Specialist might involve:

  • Analyzing campaign performance across multiple channels, including search, display, earned, social media, email, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Developing and implementing measurement strategies aligned with marketing goals and objectives, involving the setup, tracking, tagging, and management of analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Conducting A/B testing for campaigns and creative optimization to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with senior Data, Insights, and Performance Marketing team members and marketing teams to establish KPIs, then measuring and reporting on performance against these targets.
  • Utilizing data visualization tools to present data clearly and compellingly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Staying up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continually seeking ways to improve our digital analytics capabilities.
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses as required to answer specific business questions and provide insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and website usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably within a healthcare or marketing agency.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and managing advertising performance across Paid media channels.
  • Working knowledge of brand equity, reputation, and health measures.
