Your Mission as Strategic Operations Leader

You'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and growth within our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process Management: Ensure operational processes are effective and efficient, creating and maintaining SOPs to standardize workflows.
  • Team Coordination: Lead collaboration across the team, aligning everyone on goals, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Webinar Support: Organize and execute webinar logistics, ensuring all resources and materials are set.

Your Toolbox

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Tech Expertise: Proficiency with Asana, GHL, and Circle is highly preferred.
  • Industry Know-How: Experience scaling online courses, certifications, or nutrition/fitness programs is required.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize processes and make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively, keeping everyone aligned.
  • Proactive: Strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate issues and stay ahead of potential roadblocks.
