**Job Overview:**

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and contributing to our business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide top-notch support to recruiters by understanding job requirements and sourcing top talent.
  • Post job listings, screen incoming resumes, and schedule interviews for the recruitment team.
  • Conduct pre-screen phone interviews with candidates and facilitate assessments and background checks if needed.
  • Manage candidate databases, maintain records up-to-date, and develop effective communication strategies with stakeholders.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Bulgarian languages is essential; additional language knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.

**Benefits:**
