Cloud Transformation Lead: SAP S/4 HANA Adoption Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Technology Consultant to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). In this role, you will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, analyzing their business requirements and problems to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations, and as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services.
  • Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP Basis, HANA, S/4), certification is highly beneficial.
  • At least 6 years of total experience under SAP Technical Administration background, with minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA, and Sybase databases.
