Ds Solutions seeks an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT department and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a call center environment, and a strong background in network infrastructure and security.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a skilled professional to ensure the smooth operation of our network, system, and related infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other related hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all systems are operational and efficiently supporting business needs.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other related hardware.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team is equipped to handle technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and efficiency of company's IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively prevent potential problems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and managing appropriate backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security, data backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
