About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Delivery Manager to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our Media Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and performance of our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Optimization: Implement campaigns on programmatic buying platforms, troubleshoot issues, and identify optimization areas.
  • Campaign Monitoring and Control: Daily monitoring of performance, control of investment consumption, and budgets.
  • Strategy and Planning: Collaboration with Sales teams in the design of campaign strategies and planning.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Close collaboration in data analysis, identification of trends, and development of information to share with the team.
  • Process Development and Optimization: Collaboration in the development and optimization of processes in the area.
  • Technology and Media Partnerships: Act as a point of contact with relevant technology and media providers.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Participation in the preparation and presentation of reports and reports to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations positions in the digital marketing industry.
  • Campaign Implementation and Optimization: Experience in implementation, optimization, and reporting of campaigns developed in digital advertising Paid Media platforms (preferably programmatic purchase).
  • AdTech Ecosystem Knowledge: Knowledge about the AdTech ecosystem of digital advertising.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage diversity of projects, clients, and campaigns of various objectives simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Preferably with experience in managing DSPs, DMPs, and/or Ad servers' platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, ownership, resolution capacity, and proactivity.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English for business discussions and correspondence at an intermediate level.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on surpassing performance targets.
  • Teamwork: Highly collaborative and team-oriented, excelling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
