Job Title: Lead Delivery Manager

At Nasdaq, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing organization strategies through effective direction and management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of people, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects.
  • Participate in organization-wide projects and ensure the delivery of contracted services to clients.
  • Maintain tight control over project delivery, risks, scope of work, and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice and support.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven leadership skills working with different teams.
  • Fluent command of English and Spanish, Portuguese is optional.
  • Experience working with regulatory environments and financial markets in LATAM.
  • Strategic mindset, customer-oriented, and able to work effectively with different multi-discipline teams.
