Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving our continued growth and success through commercial planning and strategy development. As a key driver of our business, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market commercial plans that enable Sales teams to win in stores and drive local Go-to-Market & Sales Fundamentals strategies to win with customers.
Your responsibilities will include developing winning commercial plans, leading the deployment of regional strategies, defining and delivering regional sales fundamentals and Business targets, tracking promotion efficiency, and contributing to stewardship conformity. Additionally, you will contribute to building a winning culture based on inclusion and diversity, inspiring us with your ideas and passion for making a difference in the lives of our consumers.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need expertise in operations at Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales teams to drive best-in-store execution. You should have 5+ years of relevant experience in the consumer goods industry, a deep understanding of commercial planning and processes, expertise in retail promotion planning and execution, and proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and optimally to external and internal stakeholders.
