The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team as a Business Process and Special Projects Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, overseeing special projects, and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and streamline business processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
- Continuously monitor and improve processes for operational excellence
- Lead and manage one-time special projects assigned by senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Must be 100% fluent in both English and Spanish
- Must have US passport and be willing to travel as needed (25%)
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) is required
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and project management
- 2-3 years of experience in an auditor role
