We are Publicis Groupe, the largest global communications group, and we're looking for a talented Visionary Creative Director to join our team in LATAM.


Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to turn strategy into purposeful creative work.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and art directors to define and translate strategies into effective visual communication.
  • Develop print and digital design systems that challenge the status quo.
  • Champion, define, and implement unique design solutions across print and digital media.
  • Conceive original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challenges.
  • Lead creative production tasks, such as image retouching, illustration, infographics, business presentations, GIF animations, image cuts, copy & design updates, and technical production.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and development specialists to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
  • Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production, executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in the Digital industry.
  • Advanced English Level minimum B2.
  • Experience as Art Director, working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them.
  • A portfolio of professional design projects that includes a wide variety of digital design work.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
