This role leads our cutting-edge creative automation team, working closely with the Executive Creative Engineering Director. Key responsibilities include directing a team of designers to create complex creative frameworks for global clients and coordinating with the Creative Team to implement best practices and brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Production Design team to ensure quality, consistency, and excellence.
  • Lead DCO efforts spanning display to video, collaborating with other discipline team leads to coordinate requirements and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life, adhering to best practices and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement high-velocity production strategies to drive new initiatives and scale content production.

Requirements:



  • 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) and excellent experience in high-velocity production studios or digital design production shops.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites ecosystem.
  • Experience in DCO frameworks, high-scale output, and design, with a proven track record driving new initiatives.
  • Ability to partner with creative, account, strategy, and media teams to influence test-and-learn approaches and anticipate creative evolution.
