Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operational team and manage our processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, project management skills, and experience in personnel management.
The Operations Director will be responsible for:
- Designing, managing, controlling, administering, and complying with DING's operational processes.
- Leading the operational team of financial reconciliations and associated processes.
- Generating policies, procedures, and service level agreements for operations and processes.
- Managing interdisciplinary work groups and generating alerts, action plans, and follow-up on issues that arise.
- Establishing SLAs for the operations area and accompanying business needs.
- Hiring equipment required for the company's operation and managing capacity to guarantee timely provision of the service and compliance with SLAs agreed with customers.
- Leading integrations required for the provision of the service and attention to regulation governing SEDPE's.
- Evaluating, controlling, and improving processes inherent to the value chain.
- Detecting inconsistencies and making corrections in the exercise and fulfillment of functions and those of the operations team.
- Validating electronic deposit and acquiring operations are carried out correctly.
- Guaranteeing correct interbank reconciliation associated with products handled in the organization.
- Consolidating, analyzing, and presenting periodic reports reflecting the behavior of the company's operations.
- Guaranteeing correct documentation of processes in charge, complying with organizational standards and policy.
- Monitoring compliance with defined times for timely processing of requests and requirements of regulatory entities of operation of SEDPE.
- Contributing to the design of different product solutions and validating that minimum operating conditions are met when receiving final product.
- Proposing, leading, and certifying functionality of projects with process improvements.
- Monitoring compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and instructions approved for proper functioning of operation.
- Guaranteeing timely and adequate customer service in operation.
- Carrying out monitoring of operation, analysis of indicators, and development of action plans that support product in accordance with levels of service offered.
