Puulse Marketing is seeking a dynamic Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will engage with potential new customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.

Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, building rapport and setting the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients. We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed sales professional to join our team.

This role is focused on being warm and welcoming, patient, and helpful. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  2. Providing an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
  3. Creating a warm and friendly atmosphere during introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions, and showing them around their new product.
  4. Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Actively following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborating with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements for this role include:

  1. Proficient computer skills and a positive attitude.
  2. Consistent patience and perseverance to accomplish tasks with customers.
  3. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  9. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
