If so, Puulse Marketing is looking for a dynamic Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist to play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist at Puulse Marketing, you will be responsible for engaging with potential new customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate products or services that Puulse Marketing offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Actively follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills and a smile
  • Consistent patience and perseverance to accomplish the needed tasks with the customers
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
