Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive the growth of our premium brand portfolio in Colombia. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that delivers exceptional results.

About the Role

This leadership position reports directly to the Managing Director for Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. You will work closely with the wider LATAM team, The Macallan Brand, and Sales Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have full fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. They will be able to build long-term business strategies, yearly marketing plans, and monthly commercial targets with our distributors in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that drives growth and profitability.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Colombia, including distributors, brokers, and trade partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage pricing, and optimize supply chain operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods or spirits industry.
  • College degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering financial and market growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders.
  • Full fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is essential for the role.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
