About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Officer to provide support to our Transformation Leader in setting up the transformation office and management framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support on initiative tracking and working with leaders to understand resourcing into more detail where roadblocks are identified.

Additionally, the Project Manager Officer will provide PMO support on a wide range of initiatives across IFP and play a supporting role in developing, maintaining, and applying quality management processes for projects and/or programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Transformation Leader in setting up the transformation office and management framework
  • Provide administrative support on initiative tracking and working with leaders to understand resourcing into more detail where roadblocks are identified
  • Provide PMO support on a wide range of initiatives across IFP
  • Play a supporting role in developing, maintaining, and applying quality management processes for projects and/or programs

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of transformation or project manager experience at a large multinational
  • Experience leading end-to-end projects
  • Strong project management skills and experience combined with strong capability for structuring problems
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Experience training people
  • Experience working with large data
  • Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) are necessary with an ability to message in a succinct manner
  • Able to demonstrate experience of managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest in the programme of work
  • Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus
