Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Officer to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Leadership Team to drive growth objectives within the Pharma business.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute core projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key targets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align business objectives and key priorities, and support the efficient execution of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution
  • Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Design and develop project management solutions to support business needs
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or supporting corporate areas, ideally in the Pharma sector
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and bring structure to complex projects
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
