Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter

At BruntWork, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding. About the Role:

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, as well as experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho, Bamboo HR, and BreezyHR.

Responsibilities:

* Create and manage job listings across multiple job boards and platforms to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
* Work directly with clients to understand their specific requirements, helping to tailor job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
* Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit with job criteria.
* Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process between candidates and hiring teams.
* Assist with offer negotiations, employment contract preparation, and onboarding processes in line with company and client policies.
* Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and build a network of potential candidates to fill current and future roles efficiently.
* Leverage ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruiting, particularly for high-volume roles; property management industry experience is a plus.
* Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho, Bamboo HR, BreezyHR, etc.
* Knowledgeable in major online job platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and candidates.
* Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
