We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric Phone Support Agents - Customer Care to join our client's Call Center as the first point of contact for customers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone, resolving customer issues, questions, or concerns promptly and with empathy, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • C1-C2 level English proficiency.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • College degree in communication, marketing, languages, or similar preferred.
  • A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in the BPO industry preferred.
