Bilingual Immigration Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Immigration Support Professional to join our team. As an essential member of our immigration services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, communicating with clients via phone, and filling out USCIS forms for various immigration cases.
This role requires a strong background in legal assistance, immigration law, and USCIS form filing, as well as excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Schedule:
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week with the following schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 2:00pm to 11:00pm EST, and Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm EST.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone.
- Review client-provided documentation for accuracy.
- Filling out USCIS forms for various immigration cases.
