Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive - Motor Retail, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and other Sales Executives to achieve sales targets while maintaining a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Honda and MG products, including finance and insurance options.
- Adhere to the sales process and ensure all sales are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the motor industry.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products, including Honda and MG offerings.
- Ability to adhere to the sales process and maintain a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- IT literate and proficient in using sales software and systems.
- A full driving license is essential for this role.
