Role Summary:

As a Sales Executive - Motor Retail, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and other Sales Executives to achieve sales targets while maintaining a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Honda and MG products, including finance and insurance options.
  • Adhere to the sales process and ensure all sales are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the motor industry.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of finance and insurance products, including Honda and MG offerings.
  • Ability to adhere to the sales process and maintain a focus on sales process, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • IT literate and proficient in using sales software and systems.
  • A full driving license is essential for this role.
