Exciting Opportunity at All Roads Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Norris Honda in Dundalk. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for determining customer needs and discussing vehicle options, taking customers on test drives, and following up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer-focused sales approach to determine customer needs and discuss vehicle options
  • Take customers on test drives and demonstrate automotive features
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and process transaction paperwork
  • Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow-up efforts
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrival
  • Perform the delivery presentation to ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
