Job SummaryThe Business Solutions Support Associate will be responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting applications that deal with managed file transfers. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as knowledge of Unix, AIX, and Windows Operating Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the overall success of the Global Payment Technology by providing exceptional customer support.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver core business and regulatory solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot, and fix errors to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues and onboard them to our platform.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Foster a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, or related fields.
- 2-3+ years of experience in application support or customer support applications.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of different data formats like JSON and XML.
- Ability to learn new technology and provide production support during business hours and off-hours pager duty.
- High level of tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
