Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:
Health Prime Intl LLC is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment for external positions the company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and evaluate job candidates to meet staffing objectives.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, and meals, and escorting applicants to interviews.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.

- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient in the English verbally and in written communications.
- Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Qualifications:
- At least one-year related experience required.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree considered a plus.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
Proven ability to effectively manage and organize assigned tasks and workflow.
