We are looking for a Middle International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process, including building sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of employment options aligned with collaboration policies in different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including international job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit, and assess available employment options in different countries.
  • Provide candidates with information about employment options in accordance with collaboration policies in different countries and ensure feasibility checks.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • 1+ years of experience in international staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
  • Advanced or native speaker of Spanish.
  • Understanding of employment processes in various countries, collaboration options, and readiness to consult candidates on these topics.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility checks for collaboration with candidates in different countries.
  • Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding.
  • Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
