Job Title: Specialist SLS - Customer Specific Quote Expert

Location: DHL Germany

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist SLS to join our team at DHL Germany. As a Specialist SLS, you will be responsible for creating Spot Quotes for Multinational Customers (MNC) and working closely with the Pricing team to request rates for requirements from Internal/External customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Provide Visibility: Analyze and provide visibility trend behavior of MNC customers for the after-sales team.
  • Expertise in Quoting Process: Expertise in the Quoting process and fast learner as this person will need to know the step-by-step of all customers we have in Customer Specific Quote.
  • Quality Checks: Quality checks to be done about the performance of the team.
  • Support the Team: Support the team on questions and escalations.
  • Periodical Calls: Periodical calls with Business Partners and Sector Heads.
  • Find Improvements: Find improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues.
  • Quote Creation: Receive new rate requests and perform the quote considering the customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
  • Skills: Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Communication: Good communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Customer Service: Customer service and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Teamwork and autonomy.
