Sur is on the lookout for a skilled Inbound Sales Representative to enhance our team in the sports coaching sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls and conduct follow-ups with leads generated from inquiries.

  • Work collaboratively across departments to align clients with the most suitable coach based on insights gathered during the discovery phase.
  • Handle any concerns or objections with professionalism and poise.
  • Exhibit strong creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct courtesy follow-up calls post-initial lesson to collect feedback, promote package upgrades, and manage referrals.
  • Collaborate effectively within small teams while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Showcase high emotional intelligence and a readiness to receive coaching.
  • Maintain a competitive spirit paired with a positive, curious, and kind demeanor.
  • Proactively work to prevent customer churn and attrition.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer care to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
