Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Representation:

  • Act as a representative of Red Bull, building trust with customers and ensuring the brand's visibility and availability at points of sale.
  • Identify business opportunities and trends, establishing a robust network of decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented approach.

2. Cultural Engagement:

  • Embrace and promote the Red Bull On-Premise culture.
  • Engage with key consumers through innovative activations that set Red Bull apart from competitors.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Ensure the successful execution of events, both Red Bull and third-party, while maximizing brand exposure.
  • Organize customer incentives and manage event profitability.

4. Territory Development:

  • Manage and grow on-premise accounts within the designated region.
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities for distribution growth.

5. Administrative Duties:

  • Optimize operational tools and ensure timely reporting.
  • Manage the local on-premise budget effectively.

6. Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and seek new business opportunities.

7. Marketing Implementation:

  • Execute on-premise marketing strategies and maintain appropriate marketing materials.

8. Performance Tracking:

  • Ensure compliance with international on-premise guidelines and track performance metrics.
