Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Representation:

  • Act as a representative of Red Bull in your designated area, fostering customer trust and ensuring product availability and visibility at points of sale.
  • Identify business opportunities and trends, building a robust network of key decision-makers while demonstrating strong negotiation skills.

2. Cultural Engagement:

  • Embody the Red Bull On-Premise culture, creating connections with like-minded individuals.
  • Establish credibility within the nightlife scene, becoming a go-to resource for influential contacts.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Ensure premium execution of Red Bull events and third-party collaborations, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance brand image.
  • Attend and organize key events, creating incentives for customers while maximizing profitability.

4. Territory Development:

  • Manage and grow On-Premise accounts, analyzing territory-specific business to uncover opportunities for distribution expansion.
  • Set and review volume goals with accounts, ensuring alignment with Red Bull's key performance indicators.

5. Administrative Excellence:

  • Optimize operational tools and fulfill reporting deadlines while managing the local on-premise budget.
  • Negotiate commercial partnerships to enhance value and offset financial contributions.

6. Market Insights:

  • Monitor competitor activities and actively seek new business opportunities within the region.

7. Marketing Implementation:

  • Execute the On-Premise marketing strategy, utilizing point-of-sale materials to drive growth.
  • Engage customers through innovative marketing support that adds value to their experience.

8. Performance Tracking:

  • Ensure compliance with international and national guidelines, tracking results to achieve vertical growth.
