About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director, Monitoring and Evaluation to lead the technical implementation of our upcoming five-year Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Follow-on Activity funded by the USAID.


The Technical Director will work closely with the Chief of Party (COP) to provide overall day-to-day oversight and quality assurance for the delivery of the activity's core technical services under the five components.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day oversight and management of the delivery of all technical and advisory services of the activity.
  • Ensure that all the products and services delivered to USAID are of high technical quality and timely.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, with experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.


They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



What We Offer

Panagora Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
