Key Responsibilities- Oversee the quality of quantitative data collection for the evaluation, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Perform descriptive statistics of primary and secondary quantitative data, including tables and graphs as requested by the team leader.
- Conduct quantitative analysis for reports and presentations, including data triangulation and evidence-based recommendations.
- Support the Team Leader in preparing reports and presentations for USAID and the Implementing Partner.
- Oversee technical deliverables of the data collection firm, including databases, dictionaries, instruments, reports, and metadata.
- Participate in qualitative data collection instruments in the field.
The evaluation aims to gather evidence about the results and lessons of USAID/Colombia's Private Sector Engagement (PSE) and the sustainability of its interventions during the current Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) timeframe. Additionally, the evaluation will outline the Mission's PSE approach and provide evidence of good practices, opportunities for improvement, and course correction actions that can inform USAID interventions with a PSE component and the next CDCS.
About the TeamPanagora Group is a small US-based company providing technical services and advisory related to monitoring, evaluation, and learning of USAID/Colombia's strategy and activities. The Activity for Short-Term Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MELSA) provides support for monitoring: design and implementation of performance and impact evaluations, as well as other studies and evaluations, supporting their use and dissemination, and developing collaboration, learning, and adaptation initiatives.
Requirements- Strong background in quantitative analysis and data collection.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
