About the Role
The Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for leading digital experiences across all touchpoints that have a meaningful impact on our consumers. This involves partnering with ABUs, DTS, and Creative & Comms to understand relevant consumer journeys and key consumer moments, and translating these into positive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will own the digital experience roadmap in partnership with ABUs and Creative & Comms, and understand how to leverage audience insights and our consumer database to drive strategic advantage. In this role, you will also own the build and deployment of Master consumer journeys, partnering with ABUs on appropriate areas to scale, and ensure that digital experiences are integrated into our campaigns. Additionally, you will own end results and KPIs for digital experiences with a performance mindset, identifying and sharing how these help us hit our brand and business objectives in partnership with Analytics.
About You
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker with 5-8 years of experience leading UX implementations for e-commerce, consumer goods, agencies, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully running and deploying end-to-end consumer experiences, working with UX platforms and tools, and staying tuned into emerging trends such as chatbots, personalized experiences, and artificial intelligence. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, as well as the ability to set clear goals and measure the impact of initiatives.
