Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Baja Nearshore. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management
    • Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience and drive lead generation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Manage and optimize content calendars to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead Management
    • Monitor and manage lead flow from various marketing sources.
    • Facilitate the transition of leads from marketing to sales, ensuring prompt and accurate assignment.
    • Use CRM tools to segment, nurture, and optimize leads for better lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization
    • Assist in planning, executing, and fine-tuning marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and email initiatives.
    • Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
    • Work with external agencies and partners to manage paid media campaigns and optimize advertising budgets.
  • Market Research and Competitor Insights
    • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Identify potential market opportunities and areas to focus marketing efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate regular marketing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
    • Analyze data to identify patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancing marketing strategies.
    • Present findings to senior marketing and sales leaders.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading remote teams
  • 5+ years in US B2B marketing, ideally in the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to grow the leads pipeline
  • Must have experience in B2B messaging for SMBs in the USA
  • Hands-on approach and an inspirational entrepreneurial style

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Zoho One or similar software
  • Background in insurance is a significant plus
