HR Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Management Advisor to join our team at ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a customer-focused culture to leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Enter and process employee and/or job data changes in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to inquiries pertaining to specific employee lifecycle events, producing documents and answering escalated issues.
- Run regular reports to assess performance against standard procedures and Service Level Agreements.
- Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to Managers and Senior Managers.
- Understand and adhere to the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Human Resources or pursuing education in a related field.
- CHRP designation is considered an asset.
- Experience in a call/contact Centre or in a customer-focused area is an asset.
- Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
- Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity.
- Strong people leadership skills and experience managing and working with teams.
