Job Overview

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the sales team, managing CRM data, tracking leads, handling customer inquiries, creating projects and quotes based on project specifications, sending sales orders to customers, and ensuring smooth workflow within sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets, long-range plans, and monthly financial forecasts for multiple accounts with key emphasis on Sales, Margin, and Marketing.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics Leaders to provide insights and support the decision-making process in corporate and project strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand Marketing KPIs, media mix model, key business trends/strategies, and incorporate that intelligence into the financial forecast for multiple accounts with key emphasis on Sales, Margin, and Marketing.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis on Marketing spend across all brands and the impact it has on sales & margin.
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations for leadership, effectively communicating financial results and performance to financial forecast and budget.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, or finance.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • A solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices.
