At Workfully Italy, we are expanding our presence in the global market by launching an office. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cloud-based solutions as a Cloud-Based Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications within our Solutions Center.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including US-based colleagues and directly interact with clients.
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda's capabilities to meet our clients' needs.
  • Use knowledge of design principles and frameworks to perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC.
  • Focus on master data management.
  • Manage requests to innovate and evolve a suite of applications, which may require re-architecting foundational elements.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences.

Requirements:
  • Fully stack development experience, cloud technologies (AWS), serverless applications (Amazon Lambda), and Node.js.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
