Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? Workfully is expanding its team in Bogotá and seeking an exceptional Cloud-Based Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Center.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Drive Innovation: Take charge of overseeing the entire SDLC process, from estimation to delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients across various industries to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Mentorship and Growth: Share your expertise and experience by mentoring junior colleagues, helping them develop their careers and grow professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda's capabilities.
  • Communication: Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings with high-level stakeholders, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Technology Expertise: Leverage your full-stack development experience, cloud technologies (AWS), serverless applications (Amazon Lambda), and Node.js to drive innovation and improvement in our cloud-based applications.
We Look For:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or comparable experience is essential.

The successful candidate will also have a passion for delivering innovative solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Benefits:

Workfully offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
