About This Opportunity

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about solving customer challenges and collaborating with different teams. With 5+ years of experience in software solutions, especially in Billing, CRM, or ERP, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and implementation of Nue solutions for customers, ensuring delivery of value and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to create custom integrations and configurations.
- Provide deep technical expertise on Nue API, integrations, and data imports.
- Manage customer projects from start to finish, driving successful project delivery and product improvements.

Your Skills and Qualifications

- Upper B2 level of English (written and spoken).
- 3-5 years of experience in software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM, or ERP.
- Strong Salesforce, Apex, and PL/SQL experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration platforms like Tray.io.
- Experience with Order-To-Cash (O2C) or Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Positive attitude, customer empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
