Nuestro cliente, un proveedor global líder en software de análisis de demanda impulsada por el mercado y optimización de la cadena de suministro, busca un Supply Chain Consultant Jr en Bogotá.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?
  • Participarás en sesiones de diseño y consultoría con equipos de clientes para identificar y documentar necesidades de negocio, objetivos operacionales y problemas actuales.
  • Configurarás y parametrizarás software de planificación de la cadena de suministro.
  • Colaborarás con equipos técnicos para asegurar el rendimiento óptimo del sistema y desarrollar soluciones efectivas.
  • Actuarás como enlace entre usuarios clave y equipos técnicos, facilitando la implementación y ajustes según los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Brindarás capacitación y soporte continuo a los equipos de negocio del cliente, asegurando la correcta adopción y uso del software.
  • Desarrollarás documentación y reportes sobre la solución diseñada, proporcionando recomendaciones para la mejora de los procesos del cliente.
  • Participarás en la validación del software y en pruebas de aceptación del usuario, asegurando que los resultados sean satisfactorios para el cliente.
¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con la cadena de suministro o consultoría. Debe contar con conocimientos de ERP y haber participado en implementaciones de software.
  • Es clave haber trabajado con herramientas de planificación como usuario o consultor.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia en la cadena de suministro, con habilidades sólidas en planificación, previsión de demanda, y optimización de inventarios.
  • Conocimientos en SQL, procedimientos almacenados, estadísticas y machine learning aplicados a la cadena de suministro.
  • Dominio de inglés (esencial para interactuar con clientes en EE.UU. y Latinoamérica).
  • Habilidad para gestionar proyectos de gran escala.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera remota con viajes ocasionales, pudiendo llegar a un 40-50% en algunos proyectos.
  • Fuerte capacidad de análisis, organización y gestión de proyectos.
  • Formación en un campo relevante o experiencia equivalente.
