Job Overview:

This position involves performing advanced administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and analysis of complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small-scale projects, and analysis using various software packages. As an experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less-experienced employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct a thorough examination of various documents, including commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and shipping documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Research and resolve errors resulting from incorrect pre-advise information.
  3. Compile and maintain shipping documents (paper or electronic) to meet regulatory requirements.
  4. Prepare complex reports and presentations.
  5. Analyze data using various software packages and databases.
  6. Provide expert office support knowledge and skills.
  7. Coordinate information for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years' office warehouse support experience preferred.
  2. Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  4. Accurate and rapid data entry.
