Para nuestro Centro de Distribución de Skechers Colombia buscamos LOGISTICS AND IMPORT PLANNING ANALYST.
Deberá coordinar las operaciones de entrega y despacho a los diferentes clientes.
Coordinar internamente con el cliente y el transporte la devolución de productos.
Coordinar el correcto procesamiento de las actividades de Valor agregado para los clientes que lo requieren.
En general ejecutar la gestión administrativa, planeacion y coordinacion de operaciones de importación, nacionalización de mercancías y distribución nacional.
- ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Atender los requerimientos de los clientes-
- Coordinar con los clientes a cargo las citas de entrega-
- Coordinar con el proveedor de transporte las citas acordadas con el transporte-
- Revisar el correcto estado de la facturación del proveedor de transporte.-
- Realizar las demás funciones que le sean asignadas por su jefe inmediato y que estén de acuerdo con la naturaleza de su cargo-
- Coordinar con Customer Service la creación de los RA (documentos de devolución)-
- Coordinar con el transporte la recogida de producto en devolución-
- Coordinar con el CD el adecuado procesamiento de los productos en logística inversa-
- Coordinar con Finanzas el destino de los productos dañados-
- Brindar un oportuno seguimiento y trazabilidad de las importaciones y distribución nacional desde el pedido hasta la entrada o entrega de mercancías al cliente final, brindando información oportuna para la toma de decisions-
- Sera el encargado de asegurarse del cumplimiento de todas las normas relativas a las importaciones y distribucion de los regímenes aduaneros y zonas francas (cuando aplique).
- Responsable de preparar toda la documentación concerniente a estos movimientos, su archivo y custodia.About Skechers
