Key Responsibilities:

Understand and articulate customer requirements
* Translate the overarching vision from the Product Manager into detailed specifications, collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including finance, security, operations, and support.
* Synthesize and express business needs into new product concepts or enhancements, working with Product Managers to create user stories or features that influence the team backlog.

Contribute to the product vision and strategic roadmap
* Define and continuously refine the product vision and business value in alignment with business owners, product managers, and agile teams.

Support feature definition and prioritization
* Lead the identification and prioritization of features or user stories, grounded in customer needs and value, to address market and business demands.
* Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to sequence architectural initiatives and prioritize enabling work.
* Work across teams to ensure cohesive prioritization and alignment of products, marketing, and user experience across various ARTs and groups.

Manage workflow and communication
* Ensure backlogs for features and user stories are updated before each release and sprint planning session.
* Maintain constant alignment and communication with agile counterparts and leadership.
* Conduct thorough analyses to ensure requirements are ready for development.
* Document, analyze, trace, prioritize, and manage requirements while communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate functionality development.
* Engage in ongoing testing efforts.

Participate in Agile events
* Accept user stories prior to Sprint reviews.
* Actively engage in team coordination meetings, PO synchronization meetings, and management reviews.
* Contribute to System demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops as part of SAFe.
* Participate in the Community of Practice for Product Owners.
* Organize product demonstrations.

Contribute to product promotion
* Communicate key information and value propositions regarding the product.
* Develop strategies as the product progresses through its lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams to create pilot plans.
* Provide content for product documentation and sales tools.
* Prepare tailored presentations and demo scripts that showcase product value.
* Deliver presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
* Assist in the preparation of significant events to ensure successful product launches.
* Contribute to RFP/RFI processes for the product.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Ownership.
· Possesses the necessary technical and functional expertise in the field.
· Familiarity with the travel and airline industry, including insights into IATA Offer/Order/Retail transformation.
· Specific knowledge of Navitaire's operations and its relevance to the role.
· Agile mindset and approach.
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· University degree in a business-related field.
